Payment Methods

You may pay for your order via one of the following methods:

  1. Via bank deposit in one of our bank accounts
    Available accounts:

    Note: If you choose to pay via bank deposit, before we dispatch your order you have to send us the proof of deposit. If the deposit isn't done within 48 hours, the order is canceled.

  2. With cash on delivery (additional charge 1.50€)

  3. Via credit card through Alpha Bank's online payment platform
    Moreover, if you choose to pay via credit card, you have the option of interest-free installments which depend on the total amount of each order:
    a. From 60€ - 120€ : 2 interest-free installments
    b. From 120€ - 200€ : 4 interest-free installments
    c. From 200€ & άνω: 6 interest-free installments

Delivery Methods

  1. You may receive your order at a location of your choosing (home, workplace etc) at an additional cost which is described below in the section "Shipping Charges". The estimated delivery time of the order is 3-4 business days. The estimated delivery time is not applicable during periods of force majeure such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc.

  2. You may choose "Pick-up from store" option during your checkout. In this case you are not charged with any additional shipping costs and you must pre-pay for your order either via bank deposit or via credit card. View all of our stores

Shipping Charges

FREE shipping orders 30€ & above! For orders below 30€, the shipping charge is 2€ for all Greece.

We DO NOT make deliveries outside Greece.

Returns

Case 1: Returns where the return shipping charges are handled by Avvento

The customer has the right to return the products he purchased from our eshop and Avvento will handle the return shipping charges, in the following cases:

  1. If by Avvento's fault were sold the wrong products (mistake during the processing of the order, wrong invoicing or shipping etc). In this case, the customer may decide to not receive the product at all or request its return. The returned products must be in perfect condition, sealed, whole and not worn down. The packaging must be the one it was sent in and it must be in perfect condition.
  2. If by Avvento's mistake were sold products of low quality (defective products). In this case, the customer may proceed to return the product and Avvento will handle the return shipping cost. Moreover, if the customer doesn't return the product, then it won't be replaced with a new one and the customer will have to place a new order/purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

In both cases above, the return must be done in fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery.

Case 2: Returns where the customer is charged with the return shipping cost

the customer has the right to return the products he purchased for any reason. The return must be done in fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery. In this case, the customer is charged with the return shipping cost. Returns in this case are accepted only if the products are in the condition they were delivered and not worn down.

Generally concerning returns

  1. In any case of return, the customer has to return in perfect condition the packaging as received.
  2. If the return is accepted, the returned products will be refunded to the customer within 15 days. If the customer wants to be refunded at a specific bank account, he must inform Avvento of the account number in writing.
  3. Returns will only be accepted if they are shipped by a courier company
